With all the banter and asides in your podcast, I actually had come to your website to understand just what this case was about specifically. How about succinctly summarizing the case being brought before the court before wandering through your opinions and similiar cases. I assumed at some point you’d lay out the specific case but at the end of the podcast I still didn’t know what was the case and who was on which side. I enjoy your podcast (but could do with less sideshow) and will continue listening.
