Decisions in Class, Somers, and Murphy

This week’s episode is covers a slew of recent decisions dealing with guilty pleas (Class v. U.S.), statutory interpretation (Digital Realty Trust v. Somers), and math (Murphy v.     If a guilty plea is a contractual agreement and the law you broke is determined to be unconstitutional, wouldn’t that violate the requirement of legal subject matter thereby voiding the contract?
